If puppy is purchased as a pet Buyer agrees to neuter or spay the puppy by no later than 1 year old. Buyer will need to provide with a copy of the certificate of Spay / Neuter from a certified vet immediately after surgery. If Buyer fails to Spay/Neuter this puppy and fails to provide proof to Luxurious Shih Tzu by the time the puppy is over 1 year of age, rights and ownership of the puppy will automatically be terminated and puppy will go back to Luxurious Shih Tzu.
Luxurious Shih Tzu may immediately assume possession of the puppy with no refund to the buyer. Buyer will be responsible for any and all fees incurred (attorney, court costs, filing, travel, shipping cost for puppy, etc.) in the safe recovery of returning the puppy back to us.
Registration papers (AKC limited registration papers) if desired & offered as part of your purchase will be released AFTER proof of spay or neuter is received. Puppies sold on limited registration may not be bred or shown in AKC conformation shows.
You do agree that if you ever cannot keep the puppy, for the lifetime of the dog, that you will return the puppy to the breeder and we will gladly take the puppy back. You agree that you will never surrender the pup/dog to a shelter or pound, the puppy will be returned to us.
If not spayed/neutered then the additional penalty due is $5,000.00 additional to the pet price.
