HEALTH GUARANTEE:
The breeder warrants the puppy to be in good health and free from any diseases as of the time of sale. Seller is not responsible for any preventable disease the puppy may contract once out of seller’s care. No money is to be refunded for vet bills or shipping.
Buyer must have the puppy seen by a Veterinarian of buyer’s choice within 48 hours of delivery/pick up to have him/her examined. A copy of the exam must be emailed to seller; postmarked within 72 hours of the purchase. This is mandatory to start your 1 year guarantee against life threatening genetic defects. If this is not done, this contract is null and void.
A one (1) year health guarantee is given, from the date of sale (listed in ACCEPTANCE). This guarantee ONLY covers genetic defects that are not related to the brachycephalic specific breed. The genetic defect must be considered LIFE THREATENING by your veterinarian. If your puppy has been diagnosed with a life threatening genetic defect, and is not cause from; abuse, neglection, brachycephalic breed related, bacterial, accidental, or preventable. We will need a notarized letter from a licensed veterinarian stating that the puppy has a life threatening defect. Which will then be reviewed by our own licensed veterinarian to look over and agree/disagree upon. Seller must be notified in writing within 72 hours of diagnosis. If seller’s veterinarian concurs with buyer’s veterinarian, we will happily give you a replacement puppy. AKC papers and puppy must be sent back over to the seller for a replacement puppy of the equal dollar value. We understand that it is difficult for most people to return their little babies after having spent time with them; therefore we do not expect you to return the puppy to get a replacement. If we do not have any puppies available at the time, you will get to pick from the next litter.
